Air vents to keep your electronics cool when using an enclosure.
The height of all vents is designed with the use of the feet in mind.
you should use some kind of gasket/sealant between all vents and the printer.
There is some air (~0,5-1mm) between the bottom vent and the printer for a thin gasket. depending on your gasket, you might need to scale the height of the vent in your slicer, so it's sealed and at the same time the printer sits firm in the feet.
Don't forget to remove the bottom fan grill. You might need to remove the whole bottom cover for that step.
The right vent has a cutout, so you can still use the USB connector. You should seal the USB port aswell, as it lets through quite some hot air from the enclosure (see picture). If you don't need the USB, you can simply cover it with tape instead.
The cutout will need supports. I used tree-supports for both sidevents. I might optimize it some day to print without any support.
PLA could work for your enclosure, i went with PETG for the higher temp resistance.
