Summary

If you want a specific size for your phone, message me and request it and I will upload one for you. This one is 161 X 77 X 14mm.

This is a quick and easy cell phone mount for any motorcycle or bicycle with 7/8" handlebars. It is designed for a Google Pixel 4A in a small case, but it can be adjusted to fit just about any phone. I included the FreeCAD file which has a "parameters" spreadsheet which will change any dimension in the drawing by simply changing a number.

All bolt sections are for metric 6mm bolts. The pivot sections are countersunk to make clearance. The top bolt should be a M6X12mm or 6X16mm. The side bolt will be an M6X30mm. The pinch bolts are socket cap screws. The hinge is nothing more than a section of 1.75mm filament. I melted the ends flat with a soldering iron to hold them but glue will work fine.

I HIGHLY recommend making the handlebar clamp and the swivel mount (phone mount base) out of TPU with about 25% infill to reduce vibration that could damage your phone's camera. The top can be made from PLA or PETG.
