This is the cam that can strip out on reindeer motors. My motors were the TYC-50 style with a double flat 7mm shaft. I slightly oversize the hole diameter to account for shrinkage.
I printed with:
0.8 nozzle
0.36 layer height
4 walls
45% infill
use supports, printing either way is probably fine but I printed with the thinner circle down.
