The file 'Articulated Quetzalcoatl (updated) 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 8.7 MB.
UPDATE 5/27/22: An updated version has been uploaded with stronger links. Should prevent the issue where the link hooks repeatedly break during printing.
This is an articulated print-in-place figure in the style of the ever popular articulated dragon figures. No supports needed and a few different versions of varying lengths. The curled version was made to fit a MK3s or Ender 3 sized bed.
I was inspired by the Feathered Serpent of Mesoamerican myth (known as the Quetzalcoatl to the Aztecs or Kulkulk'an to the Mayans). I wanted to make something less realistic and more like an awakened stone statue, hence the somewhat blocky shapes.
If you would like one that is longer or arranged to fit a bed with a different aspect ratio, let me know and I would be happy to help.
Hopefully you enjoy this and happy printing!
Check out the winged version available on Cults3D.
