The file 'Articulated Hand Remix 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 3.3MB.
For Sophie's non-robotic hands, I took the 'Jointed Hand' by bq3D and scaled it down by about 20%.
The finger parts are very small and benefit from being printed on a raft (to prevent warping at the base) at fine or extra-fine (0.06mm) resolution. This way the internal channels are better formed. No supports are needed though, because they are already built-in.
I found that the internal channels of the hand were too small for doll elastic to fit through, so i had to cut the 3d mesh of the palm into three separate pieces, then used a drill-bit to widen the internal channels of each piece. I also widened the holes of each finger part using a very small 2mm drill bit. After this, I managed to fit the hand together by using very thin, steel gardener's wire.
