I was in need to add casters to my small plastic art cart, however the caster sleeve inserts that come with the cart and casters were not in the cart. I looked all over, amazon and other sites and could fine the casters but not the sleeve inserts.
My smaller carts had the inserts and casters, so i used those inserts to model and print the inserts I needed.
Here is the model incase anyone else finds themselves needed the sleeve inserts. (I also modeled the smaller one as well incase anyone needs those)
Both inserts are made for casters with 6.3mm (or .24") diameter shaft.
I printed it with 100% infill because it didnt add much time and only a couple of small areas would even need infill.
