Designed from scratch with thinner vanes and a 3" deep hole to fit a 5/16" wood dowel (Home Depot).
Vane is about 3 3/4" long.
I recommend increasing printing flow to 102% as I've experienced a bit of underextruding.
I recommend attaching it with shrink tube in the front a dab of hot glue or super glue on sides. The hole is cone shaped to allow sharpening of the dowel for a better stability.
I'm not an archer, I designed it from online fletching guides.
I will add other vane designs upon request, I have no idea what design works best.
UPDATE 5/20/2019:
Added 2 degrees angle to vanes. It should increase accuracy and stability.
Also improved vanes' shape.
Added seperate model of the fletching only for flexible filament printing.
5/23/2019:
Added a fletch with no nock that can be printed in vase mode in less than 40 minutes.
I have NOT tested it yet.
Nock is too wide, I will fix it soon.
