I printed the wing from Havoc5J (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4423537) and I wasn't happy with having to mess with all four bottom screws each time I wanted to use the wing, and vice versa. So I made this mount from scratch which slots into the hinge pin retainer slot and screws in like normal with only two screws. It also holds the hinge pins in place with a pretty basic protruding beam. Maybe if this gets lots of attention I'll try and polish the design a bit, or feel free to modify this to fit your needs.
