This is a mount for clustering many PC-Fans in to an array. It is modular in size and number of fans.
In the pictures above you can see how it is build. The parts cut with a laser from 3mm thick wood panels. At first you have to calculate how often you need each part. There are four parts: "foot", "distancer", "holder", and "placeholder". After you cut everything, all parts, apart from the feet, are screwed with 40mm M4 screws. The feet have to be glued. Don't forget to pay attention at the cable management when powering the fans.
The part with the name "distancer" has to be adjust to the size of your fans. Actually it is set to 80mm computer fans.
