Quick and dirty TEMPORARY replacement for the Ariens 21546253 pulley spacer. This is about .15mm thicker than the original, but in this case, the diameters are the important dimensions for a temporary fix.
THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT REPLACEMENT PART!
The original metal part fits exactly over the top bearing edges. This one will likely crush down over time, leading to premature wear and play in the bearing stack. In PETG with full walls and 100% infill, it ran without obvious damage on my mower deck for about 8 hours. Should get you through a morning of mowing while you wait for replacement parts.
This fit perfectly and worked great. In the image, a nice shiny new steel bushing is next to my used PETG printed part. The printed version worked great for 8 hours of mowing, without trouble. I didn't tighten it down to 1.21 jiga-hurghs. Instead, think about 75.4% of that. But it held up just fine.
