Summary

A set of several archery targets featuring detailed a detailed rope circle target, various wooden frames, and a stencil to help paint target rings on the rope targets if desired! I love these as scatter because they're a great mix of detail, weathering and variation. You can print a whole bunch of them in a batch, paint them up all at once, and have them ready for your game in no time.

I designed these for a D&D game, and optimized them to be printed upright on an FDM printer, with a 0.4mm nozzle, and they come out GREAT! For best result/speed, I'd recommend printing a batch of targets at a 0.05mm layer height for high detail, and a batch of frames at 0.1mm layer height. I'm impressed with the level of detail achieved with PLA, and I can only imagine how well they'd come out on an SLA printer, so if you try this, let me know! :D

All of these are designed for 28mm scale. The stands are all made to stand upright without a base, and the targets can simply be rested on them - or glued together perminantly. You can get a great look with some simple drybrushing, or if you're up for using an airbrush a zenithal priming technique can work wonders to bring out the rope target's detail.

I also designed a slotted stencil to help add marker rings to the targets. You can just chose the ring radius you want, slot the target in, and brush/spray the color on. Rotate the target a bit, and repeat until you've achieved the look you're going for. If you move down the stencil line, each ring increments by 2mm.

I may create more variations and add them over time - so be sure to keep an eye on this page for more models!

As always, I'd love to see how you all print these and use them in your games. Please add makes/pictures so others can get some ideas for how to use them!
