Summary

This is a replacement for the "newer" white style of porkchop (see attached picture of one of my originals with the broken off tail). All of the original ones I've replaced are permanently attached, so I used a soldering iron with a big tip to melt through the porkchop enough to allow me to pull the old one off. The new one slides on and snaps into place.

100% infill is probably unnecessary in the head of the porkchop, but the rest should definitely be 100%. To me, the difference in material and time was small enough that I just went with 100% for the whole thing.

The unfortunate part of the original porkchop design is it doesn't lend itself to a 3D design that avoids supports. The whole tail needs to be supported (as you can see in the 3D render picture), which means it won't have the best surface quality, but for a strictly functional part like this, that doesn't really matter.
