Print out the size you need for your barrel, place the non-inner version on your barrel.
Place the circle on the gas port hole and use a sharpie or a pencil to draw out a straight line so you can see the alignment line after installing the gas block.
Print out the inner size you need for your gas block, line the hole up in the gas block (Look under the gas block screws to find the hole usually, if you're using a clamp on, good luck) and use a sharpie to draw on the outside of the gas block to line it up with the same hole.
If it's slightly too big for your gas block or barrel, just reduce the size by 99%-96% and adjust from there.
Don't sell this on your bad etsy or ebay. Make them for your friends at cost or be a good person and give them away.
