This is a cap for the z-axis screw of the Aquila 3D printer. Some version should work for other printers. It's purpose is to prevent winding of the filament around the z-axis drive screw. Only happened to me twice.... That's enough. Openscad file is provided. To apply, remove the 20mm aluminum screw on the top left side of the gantry. Slide in the cap, and loop over the end of the drive screw. Fits loosely and should not interfere with z-axis drive.
