This is a 2V geodesic dome connector for 3/4" conduit steel tubing. The design has flashing build into it to allow the insertion of 3/8" thick panels. The panels could be made of plywood ,polycarbonate or any ridged construction material. The design has pilot holes for drilling supports, I would recommend self tapping screws for permanent installations or nuts, bolts and rubber washers for temporary structures.

Get 35 - 10 foot length, 3/4" diameter conduit steel tubing from your favourite hardware store like home depot. You need to make 30 A poles at 56" and 35 B poles at 63.5", you should only need to cut each pole once, they can be cut with a hack saw or a metal cutting disk on a chop saw.
You will need 26 nuts and bolts and 52 washers.
Get your polycarbonate, plywood or whatever material you choose panels and cut them to size, screw them in with self tapping screws, seal the panels with caulking.
There are two size of faces:

Makes 17 foot Diameter Geodesic Dome, with a height of 8 foot 6 inches at the centre.
