The Qi charger I'm using is a basic model from IKEA. You only need to remove the biggest plastic ring around the charger and the place it in the hole on the charging station.
For the AirPods charger you need a M3 x 15mm screw to hold the Lightning plug in place.
For the Apple Watch you can just place the charging cable inside the hole. To remove it, unscrew the AirPods screw and use something to pull the charging pad out.
