Summary

Some parts for the AOLS-branded CO2 Charger for Airsoft GBB mags & 40mm shells. Print in TPU.

I lost the seal for mine, so that was the original purpose - to print a working TPU CO2 piercer seal. I also noticed that the 12g capsule sits too far into the body and you end up cranking down near the end of the threads to pierce the capsule foil.

Grease the piercer seal with silicone grease before installing. Make sure you print it so that it's 100% perimeter loops, no zigzag surface skin.

The cartridge spacer should be installed with the nub facing into the body, so it pokes through the hole in the bottom of the housing. This keeps it from falling out or wiggling around.

As a note, these are pretty solid CO2 chargers with few parts and pretty solidly made. If they leak, unscrew the piercer shell from the back of the head with a 13mm socket and grease the black o-ring on the core, as well as the big flat silicone seal for the pin - just push the pin backwards through the housing to expose it.
