This is replacement spool holder for Anycubic Kobra Go 3d printer. The main difference between this and the stock one, is that it has bearings for smooth spool rotation.
I noticed that in default configuration the spool placement is not optimal for non direct drive extruders. The filament has to bend so much, that it tends which makes print quality suffer.
I added multiple filament guides to reduce filament bending and the beared spool holder is last element to achieve smooth action.
I added a spacer to compensate for spool arm thickness.
You'll need two standard 22mm skateboard bearings (I harvested mine from fidget spinner) and 8x120mm bolt and 2 nuts (to avoid tension on the bearing). The one i used has thread only at the tip, but it should not matter.
Original end-cap should be used, I did not design replacement.
I used 100% infill on base and 80% on rolling parts. There is no error margin, so everything fits snug. You might want to use vice to press the bearings in, and hammer for securing the bolt to the base.
