If you want to print it without printer being placed in enclosure, you would have to print this with rafts.
I'd rather recommend you to print part by part becouse of time spent on one piece (aprox. 4-6h).
Corners with hinges are printable in place, it can be a little bit stiff, but it will work good with the acrylic glass weight on it.
