Summary

My redesign based off the Proteus Key Holder by ProteanMan. I wanted a round look like an original swiss army, and I wanted to use US measurement screws and nuts because they're just easier to source.

80mm long (without the loop). You'll need 3x #4 screws and nuts. You'll also want washers that fit this size. The length of the screws depends on the number of keys you want to use, Photos show 3/4" screws with a washer between each key. I fit a total of 6 keys, 3 on each side. You'll also want some Loctite or super glue to keep the nuts in place.

I've uploaded a blank design or my Jolly Roger. I also uploaded one version with no loop for attaching to a keychain, in case that's useful. You'll want to print one top and one bottom, your choice of style.
