Added an overhang angle under stairs to allow printing without supports.
Update: There is a slight interference between the top of the wall section of the base and the overhang angle on the underside of the stairs where the two parts meet. I shaved down the top point of the wall section of the base ~2mm with a utility knife, which allowed the parts to fit together beautifully. Ideally I would be able to update the CAD for the base to remove the interference, but my computer doesn't have quite enough processing available to import the base model into CAD.
