This is a remix of agep's high quality Annie and Claribel models to fit Trackmaster toy sets. I added some geometry for the eyes and mouth because I suck at painting. Annie and Claribel use the same model, just flip the body around (one facing thomas, the other facing the backward).
For the names on the side like agep's, I didn't see any way to it with a FDM printer (mine, at least). It's too small for a stencil.
Everything snaps together, possibly after some filing/sanding. One corner of the undercarriage is shorter to make it easier to snap the body on. If you have trouble putting the body on, just concentrate on filing one corner and then snap that corner on last.
Use ~35mm of 1.75mm filament for each wheel axle.
4/17/18 update:
I widened the undercarriage, body, and roof to allow making the wheel track wider. The previous version did not do well with curves and switches.
I also made the holes for the filament axles go all the way through the undercarriage. This way you can push the axle out from the other side; with separate holes, once the axle was in there it was very hard to get it out.
