Save some money and turn your Kmart/ Anko Dehydrator into a cheap and effective filament dryer. Great for getting moisture out of PLA and Nylon Filaments
Designed to keep the original drying racks without any modification/ destroying them, and stackable so multiple spools can be dried at the same time. Just print more spacers.
I would recommend printing with a filament with a higher temperature than your intended drying temp. Mine were printed with ABS with a 0.28 layer height, 2 wall count with 15% infill and they're pretty sturdy. Around 180g of filament used.
Print a total of 4 pieces and bolt together.
Requires:
4x 3mm heat set inserts
4x 3mm screws 10-15mm
Step file provided if you would like to modify the design.
