The file 'Anet A8 Rear Turbo Fan Mount And Duct 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 378.4KB.
I was not really looking forward to always having the turbo fan mounted on the front of my j-carriage as it does not really leave me any options to mount an auto leveling sensor or switches or anything really.
So I made a rear fan mount and a custom fan duct to go with it. There is a x end stop pad to ensure that the fan does not hit the frame in the back which means you will have to adjust your x-axis settings at the most by 15 mm but that is not a big deal as the nozzle is still way off the the left of the bed so you don't lose any print area.
All you need is the stock screws to mount it and one of the turbo fan screws to mount the fan since I added an upper peg to support the fan.
This setup allows for the turbo fan to be mounted in the rear of the carriage and the fan duct as well. This now means you can see the nozzle when starting up your prints a lot easier and mount auto leveling sensor in line with the nozzle on the x-axis and only worry about the y-axis offset.
In The Near Future
Making a front carriage assembly to house a auto leveling sensor in line with nozzle as well as a few switches to toggle leds and fans on and off.
And here it is
