Hi there,
There are many efficient frame braces for the front of the anet A8. But not a single one for the back...

The designs on thingiverse are either

  • bulky and waste a lot of material
  • inefficient and don't solve the problem
  • for the old version of Anet A8

So here is my attempt.
This is a massive piece that braces directly against the motor, where the tention is created. It uses the unused holes in the Acrilic, so no drilling is required.
And best of all, it uses less than 50 g material.

For the front of the y-axis I recommend simhopps design:
