Remixed holder. Narrowed the frame cut from 12 to 8mm, "added" cut through to the tube hole, so you can easily remove/change this guide without removing filament from extruder (filament fits this cut through). Printed flat with custom supports (only cut through supports needed), 10% infill is enough, using PLA.
You can print vertically without supports also, but layers may block easy tube insertion.
