Summary

Light and sturdy carriage for ANET A8 converted to bowden E3D extruder.
You can select of variety clamps with fan mount and round 8mm,12mm, 17mm cubic inductive sensors or without a sensor or just a bare clamp for setups with fan(s) attached to E3D hot end directly. It looks awesome if printed of a temperature dependent color changing filament.

Fitting:
It uses original setup - bolts and nuts to attach X- belt, but positioned slightly higher to make the belt run linearly. It has 6 attachment points for zip ties. The clamp is attached with two M3 bolts and M3 nuts fitted in carriage slots for tight fit.

Print setup:
clamps - print upside down, 50-100% infill 1,2mm walls, no supports
carriage - 50% infill, 1.2mm walls no supports
nozzle - print solid, with supports touching buildplate only
material - preferably ABS, but PLA works fine for carriage too for open setup.
