Summary

The carriages are adapted for 16 and 20-tooth pulleys.
Through half-slit rod mounting holes (fix by screw-nut pairs, variable length and uneven ends of rod allowed).
The mount of the X-motor is reinforced from above with a stiffener.
Cooling grooves in the motor mount.
Holes field for mounting the X-endstop on the left carriage.
Ledges on the left carriage for the standard X and Z endstops.
Bevel hole of X-tensioner screw (for installation in assembly).
Optional mount for the counterbalance on the right carriage.
X-tensioner assemblies with M4x50 countersunk screw and nut instead M4x50 hexagonal head screw (rara avis)

There is two options of carriages design: with anti-wobbling system and direct nut mounting.

You should print the parts with "AW" index, belt tensioner and counterbalance mount (optional).

You should print the all parts without "AW" index, include belt tensioner and counterbalance mount (optional).

Use this simple part to adjust vertical position of Z-endstop.
