Anemometer with wind direction indicator.

I modified the original project to insert bearings and make some mechanical and aesthetic improvements.
IMPROVEMENTS:
-Prettier aesthetics, with bolder designs and horizontal fins on the wind indicator, as well as improved resolution of the pieces.
-Easy to print.
-Better precision, works even with little wind.
-I modified the project so that the two axles have a separate bearing, this removes the friction between the hub of the wind balls and the wind direction marking (it is only effective if you use "Washer_separation" between the bearings.
-I inserted an improvement in the wind sphere, so that it does not come loose from the cube.
-No glue required.
-I increased the diameter of the fixing rod to 12mm.
Known issues:
-The fitting of the wind spheres still has a gap that needs to be corrected, but it does not interfere with operation.(AJUSTED 30/11/2023)
