The file 'Android Cupcake – Fun Storage Box (3 Pieces) 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 567.9KB.
This was a quick test project that I put together for two reasons:
First, I have a new printer and I wanted to design something of my own. Second, I haven't modelled anything for about 14 years and have never laid hands on Blender til now, so I needed something to practice with.
(Additionally, my son loves the Android mascot, so it was something fun to do for him!)
The item is split into 3 parts to easily allow multi-material printing. Android is traditionally green of course, but for the sample I just used the filaments that I had to hand. No supports should be needed anywhere. I've also included all 3 parts as a single file, in case that's what you need.
The candle slots nicely into the top with a wee push, and mine held firmly enough that I could pick 'droid up by it.
The cupcake case is hollow to allow things to be "secretly" stored inside... My test piece is probably only good for a couple of tiny nick-knacks (toy rings? dice?) but scaling up would allow bigger or more things (a money box??). With more modelling experience in Blender I might have given it a screw top, but for now this will need to do :)
I'm completely new to the 3D printing game and this is my first Thing uploaded. If you have suggestions for improvements, tips for the printing, etc, let me know!
And please PLEASE share pictures if you make this, I would love to see your results (as would my son).
