to finish this you will need a 1.25kg barbell weight, 2 x 22mmOD 8mmID 7mm Thick bearings (Skate bearings) 50mm of 8mm steel rod, 1 x shelf pin 6mm by 25mm, a hack saw blade (120mm of it), 4 x 8mm flat washers and something to act as a weight - I used 20mm by 3mm magnets but anything as a weight will do
