My niece broke her American Girl doll tiara. It was designed too small and stiff. I designed a larger version that should be able to withstand the play of a first grader.
I used silver and gold silk PLA so they look sufficiently regal. No supports with 30% grid infill seemed to work ok, but we'll see how they hold up. If they break, I'll try a higher density infill. Maybe even increase wall count so the band is solid.
