This is a fan duct for Anet A8 and any other printer that uses the same fan.
After replacing the PTFE tube I couldn't set it that high, so the air was actually flowing towards the nozzle, not the layer. So I redesigned the part, and now it is slightly longer, slightly taller, and I changed a bit the angles and the corners. Besides, I rounded the inner corners. Once printed it looks better than the stock one, and works a bit better too.
It fits tighter, so I have had no issues related to this part getting loose so far.
