The Allen/hex key used to vent the Flame King 1LB canisters during refilling can easily get misplaced, as it's tiny and lacks a designated storage space when not in use. Though it's just a 2mm Allen key, which is easy to replace, it's more about the principle of having a tool where you need it when you need it.
The hole for the Allen key is intentionally very tight. The idea is for it to stay attached to the Allen key and then clip back onto the refiller neck once you're done using it. While one could heat the Allen key with a torch and then insert it into the hole, I found it easier to secure it by placing the Allen key in a vise and tapping it until it is about halfway up the longer stem with a hammer.
