Summary

Segmented Alien Warrior Arm Armour for use at Orion Sphere LRP (http://www.orionspherelrp.co.uk). In the style of the Tulaki Dominion (Proud Warrior Space Lizards), but similar to Klingon armour and other sci-fi warrior aliens. Holds together using small M3 hex nuts and low-profile M3 machine screws. There are loops along some segments for a thin strap, such as 20mm double-sided hook-loop tape.

Orion Sphere LRP is a science fiction live roleplay game that run events in the UK. Players take on the role of starship crews, companies and research institutes, as one of a host of alien species and in one of four competing Factions.

Print with the front edge on the bed, and use a brim at least if you can. Nuts are placed into the hexagonal slots on the outside, and screws on the inside (get a low-profile machine screw so it doesn't scratch your arm). Designed for small M3 hex nuts and machine screws.

Sections are sized in sequential numbers (lower numbers are smaller). Size the narrow part of your arm (above the wrist or elbow) for the smallest piece, and size up from there. Sections are about 5.5cm in length, so print as many as you need to cover your lower/upper arm. I'd recommend you print at least 2 sections with loops for attachment (Loop and Straight sections)

Loop and Middle Sections are tapered outwards, and jump up two sizes each time. Straight sections only jump up 1 section each time. Choose the appropriate type for how your arm widens.
