My Aldi ladder always did a good job and still does.
Only the red rubber shoes are damaged and broken by the sun UV-rays after the years.
I designed new shoes and they fit perfect.
They are as stable than the original and nearly undestructable (TPU64D Filament!!!).
Attention:
This is my opinion and you have to take care on your own.
You have to use the shoes on your own risk!
I can't guarantee the quality of replacement parts you print.
If your print is not stable don't use them on your ladder.
Maybe use a hammer to test it, TPU wil not get damaged if printed well.
Don't use hard filament like PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon etc. - the ladder will slip away!
Than duck-tape can be the better choice to repair your ladder or get a new one.
Only TPU will be like rubber and give your ladder a stable stand on the new shoes
