I wanted to build an Stereo MP3 Alarm Clock that also can be used as BT A2DP Speaker.
That´s what i created the case for. Feel free to use it for other or similar projects.
Screws needed for assembling
10x 2.6x8mm Self Tapping (TM1637+Speakers+SD-Mount)
2x 2x6mm Self Tapping (SD-Card Reader)
2x m2x18mm Screws + Nut (ButtonBar)
Electronic used
2x Max98357 I2S
2x AIYIMA 1.5 Inch Portable Speakers 4 Ohm 5W 40MM
1x TM1637
1x Mini SD Card Reader
3x Push Buttons 12x12x7,3MM with Caps
1x Small 10x15mm Power Switch
1x USB-C Connector Type-C
1x Double Side 5x7 Prototype Board
4x Adhesive Rubber Feet
And as always some ESP32 (MH-ET), JST-XT Plugs and Cables.
I made two front plates that are slightly different.
Both are for 40mm Speakers but i had two speaker types with different screw hole distances (~47mm and ~50mm)...
A small round rasp is helpful for the button holes or small printing intolerances.
TM1637 at lowest setting still to bright? Use 3.3v instead of 5v.
