Summary

Hi,
in these troubled days when we are facing the coronavirus COVID-19 all over the world, we are facing a mass mask shortage.
Some of my family members work in health care, and I was wondering what to do to help.
So I decided to design a mask. Here it is.

See the video it is in french but English subtitles are available, and you will understand how to glue the differents parts.

You have to put it on the face to see in which position parts must be glued.

It is better to use a longer elastic strap to go both other the neck and the top of head.

In the demo video adhesive tape is used for demonstration, but of course it must be glued.

  • adjust chin side and glue them (left and right)
  • adjust nose sides and glue them (left and right)
  • adjust and glue top noze side
  • preheat PETG Noze retainer (pince_nez) and adjust it (without fixing it) then when cold insert it in the hole an put in place.
  • try and do it againt if not well
  • once done, use collage_14_180_04 inside to ensure they are well glued and airtight
