Remix of XE-15 CAT Remix, metric edition by aklauset - big thanks for great improvement of the original version.
As I've printed and used the original version of XE-15, I immediately noticed several not so great design choices which made my first launcher break in multiple ways on day one. This version fixes all the problems I've encountered with the original design + makes the print a bit easier and faster.
List of improvements:
1 - Made the hammer body to pipe contact surface fully circular (This fixes the biggest weakpoint of the original design and makes the tube significantly more rigid)
2- Split the breach into a separate part making the hammer body printable without most supports
3- Separated the trigger from rest of the hammer body to fix a weakpoint
4 - Made custom endcaps with inner lip masking the uneven cut of the PVC pipe (Also reduced print time)
5 - Remade sling mounts to be compatible with sling carabiners
6 - Made an optional barrel insert to make the launcher more accurate
