The file 'Airsoft Innovations 40 Mike & Master Mike Odin Speedloader Adapter 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 2.0MB.
Odin speedloader (and clones) adapter for the Airsoft Innovations 40 Mike & Master Mike BB launching 40mm shells.
Includes a stop ball to keep BB's from spilling out (it'll still drop ~1 ball, but that's better than 15!) Just pour out the excess BB's from the 40 Mike/Master Mike once the round is full.
Parts Needed:
1x M3x20 Socket Head Cap Screw
3x 2x10mm Steel or Stainless Steel Pins
2x 6mm Airsoft BB's
2x 1" Long, 0.24" OD, 0.2" ID Compression Springs (Ex. McMaster 1986K365 or 9657K298)

Assembly Instructions:
1: Insert a 6mm BB into the hole on the narrow side of the adapter furthest from the BB feed path. This is your stop ball, it will protrude into the BB feed path slightly when a spring is behind it.
2: Follow up with one of the springs, then another BB.
3: Insert a suitably long tool to drive the BB/Spring/BB down until the BB in the back clears the screw hole in the long side of the adapter - you'll see the BB pass by.
4: Drive in the M3x20 screw until it touches your tool, and make sure the BB is ahead of it. This keeps the screw away from your spring. Remove the tool and continue driving the screw until hand tight.
5: Using a tool (stick, ziptie, applicator, etc) apply a tiny bit of superglue to each pin hole inside the 40mm face cavity. Push a 2x10mm dowel pin into each hole and seat it completely. Strong needle nose pliers are suggested here.
Do not use stronger springs in the stop ball hole. Too much force will make loading unpleasant.
To load your 40 Mike/Master Mike:
Looking at the face of the 40Mike/MM round, you can see the loading hole is closer to two of the screws. This is the same on the adapter, the hole is closer to 2 of the pins. The 2mm pins will center up inside of the Torx head screws atop your 40Mike/MM.
While inserting the round, gently twist from side to side as you make contact with the pins, helping to jiggle the pins into the centers of the torx screws. Once seated, you can load the round like normal, making sure to keep pressure down on the 40Mike/MM so the BB's push past the internal detent.
For printing, print the adapter Odin side down. The body can be printed with either flat face on the bed, but you'll get the best results printing as shown in the pictures.
