Made this to watch movies on my phone during flights. Should work on most planes that have the document compartment for the emergency briefing cards in the seat backs, see photos. Tested on WestJet economy and business seats in Q400 and their 737 planes.
Print two.
Through-hole is 4mm and you could use a bolt or a 3d printed pin to hold the two parts, not really necessary though.
