This design is the same as the Airless Tire design on my profile. However, I decided to add a mesh on the outside portion of the tire to try and make it more efficient by decreasing the amount of drag that is present.

The rim that I designed and the airless tire should have a tight fit so glue should not be necessary when adding both parts.
