The file 'Air Tool Hanger 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 122.1KB.
This is a simple, easy-printing air tool hanger. One part, one tool. The picture shows a few of the iterations I made to this design, but I opted to keep it simple.
I've included a version with and without rounded edges. Multiple hangers could be glued together in a row, but note that most air tools require additional spacing - measure before you install!
A single screw is used to attach the part either to a vertical surface or the underside of a shelf.
The hanger has a kind of "hump" on the internal track which keeps the tool securely in place, even if it gets bumped or jostled, while also keeping each tool "first-order retrievable" and accessible with one hand.
This design also provides a small degree of protection from dust getting into the upward-facing air inlet on the hanging tool; something I have not seen on many other designs. However, this design does not interface particularly well with dust caps on air tools (it has a tendency to knock the cap off), but I've lost most of my dust caps anyway.
