An air scrubber i decided to design. use aquarium activated charcoal to fill the body of the unit and a foam filter for the intake end. It will fit any 120mm fan. Depending on the accuracy of your printer, you may need to use heat for assembly. it should only take 4 screws to build the unit, the rest will be friction fit. i used magnets to attach the fan guard. the screens were made by setting the top and bottom to 0 the perimeters to 4 and the infill to 25%. you may need to experiment..
the filter really works well... and if you completely fill it, it should continue to filter for over a year depending on what you are filtering.
