This connector is designed to join two ends of an air conditioner drain tube. It was developed because the corrugated tubing was damaged and could not be replaced. The connector ensures a secure connection between the two tube ends, designed to prevent water leaks.
When the two parts of the connector are joined using a bayonet coupling, the male end of the upstream part inserts into the downstream tube, creating a reliable seal.
The connector is composed of two parts: the upstream part has a female fitting that screws onto the corrugated tube, with a male end designed to fit into the downstream tube. The downstream part has an external female fitting that screws onto the corrugated tubing and accommodates the male end of the upstream part to form the connection.
