A remix of The Laser Air Assist Nozzle for 33x33 mm laser diode housing by ManoloB68.
I printed without support.
This nozzle fits snug to the laser focus lens. A long zip tie fastens diagonally across the heat sink and holds it in place. A small zip tie keeps a 10mm ID silicone hose secure. The other end of the hose plugs into my existing blower / CPAP hose setup. Link here:
