Summary

I originally built agu_rebel's design as is, and found that packaging the switch and circuit board together was impossible (for me anyway).

I built this version using his STEP file and increased the capacity of the area at the top of the battery, where everything sits, by 4mm and it has proven enough space to remain a compact design but easily allow installing both the PCB and the switch in the correct positions is easy.

A few notes!
Unlike the original TrackIR, this design sits on the RIGHT-HAND side of your headset. You can mirror it in Cura to have it on the LHS.

I use a Prusa Mk3s+, and printed the main body + front and back plates at 101% as I found this gave slightly better clearance for the battery. I printed the arm caps at 102% and they proved a nice fit without needing to sand.

I did need to run a 5mm drill bit through the openings in the arm caps for them to sit nicely around my IR LEDs but your mileage may vary.

Supports: Tree supports at 85 degree overhang.

Again, all credit goes to agu_rebel for his very clever, well-packaged design! You will find the original here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5260195
