This is a belt driven 3D-Printer with easy to source standard 3D-Printer parts which makes it very affordable. You only have to print the parts given and buy standard parts for a 3D-Printer.
Belt Printers can print infinitely long and multiple prints after each other. Very usefull if you need several copies of one print or very long objects. It doesn't need so much support because it prints at an 45° angle. You can for example print a hollow cube just fine. So you need less material and because of that less time for printing.

For the belt I use very thick industrial Aluminiumfoil and wide Kapton Tape both can be bought very cheaply (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00I8NHQ4O/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_.s1qBbYJ7K1E2). This should be the cheapest and easiest to source material for the belt.
