Note: Only compatible with the old Aeron version (before 2016 update).

Assembly:
- Line up center hole on the adapter with the second hole from the top of the armrest.
- Line up other screw hole with the third hole from the top of the armrest.
- Use two 1/2in screws to attach. Tighten very tight.
- Insert nut into end slot on adapter.
- Attach armrest to chair using 3/4in screw on front and 1 1/4in on back.
- It's easiest to slightly attach the top screw first, while the armrest is rotated 180 degrees. Then, rotate it into position, and attach the back screw. Tighten the back screw very tight, then the front screw mostly tight.
