Summary

Having recently removed the bipod from my VSR in order to save weight, I realised that I no longer had an easy/reliable way to 'stand' the RIF up on a table in order to do any work or more importantly, level my sight.

This was my solution - a fake mag which houses a 16mm threaded (M10 1.5mm pitch) post which connects to a 60mm wide tapered base with a sunken M10 hex head bolt in it (to allow fine tuning so you can get the barrel level to the stock - essential for getting your sight levelled!).

The solution comprises of 3x parts to print (you'll need one of each) and you'll also need to source your own M10 hex head bolt circa 20-40mm long.

I loosely based the measurements and shape of this mag off of an AA 50 round VSR mag however the fit was then tuned around my own TM based VSR stock - given how bad airsoft quality control is, you may need to do a little fettling to get a perfect fit but hopefully not!
